In a conference held on Feb.11,2011 , with the presence of the Minister of Industries and Mines , Minister of Communications and Technology , Deputy Ministers of Ministry of Industries, and the respectable representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly , in the Conference Hall of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization, the positions of 300 leading Iranian companies were established . In the list of 100 leading companies of the country , the highest promotion belonged to Loushan Iron and Steel Production Company with the outstanding improvement of 152 degrees from the rank 228 in the fiscal year 2009 to the rank 76 . Furthermore , Amir Mansour Arya Investment Development Company was promoted from the rank 122 to the rank 34 in the fiscal year 2010 . This report indicates that the ranking of the biggest 300 companies of the country based on the fiscal year of 2010 is a true picture of the position of Iranian Companies . A picture without haze which by relying on the reliable quantitative statistics , provides indications of changes in the arrangement of the biggest industrial and financial organizations of the country . For selecting the 100 Iranian leading companies , the criteria of sales revenue has been the basis for the selection for many years . The analysts believe in analyzing the statistics and the ranking results presented by the companies, it is necessary to pay enough attention to the cases which may be created due to the special conditions of the Iranian economy as a developing economy. In the Iranian economy , like many developing economies , prices do not reflect all the economic realities .
